Our team of experienced coordinators is dedicated to executing your wedding day plans with precision. We sit with you to go over your wedding plan, vendors list, and timeline. Making sure we understand your day inside out.
We write up your plan and timeline
We then write up the plan, ensuring the timeline, our duties and responsibilities are made clear. This is shared with you for your approval, and we go away and learn this like it were our own wedding!
We contact your vendors
Around a week before your wedding we contact all of your vendors, re-confirming their arrival times, set up requirements, and any agreements with you in regard to their duties, This ensures everyone is held accountable, and that they know who we are!
